While Catamount does not operate from its own cinema studio, we never the less have ample onsite production capabilities through the facilities and equipment of our partnering cinematographers, video editors and audio engineers. If indoor shooting facilities are needed beyond the client's facilities, then we lease a studio site. The beauty of this approach is that we can provide clients with outstanding video production services to include shooting in HD and the latest in editing applications and equipment at a fraction of the cost of a major regional production studio. While we specialize in location shoots to include sporting events, we have the capability to film at any venue. Our footage is normally shot in HD 720-60 or 35 mm film. Output can be rendered to Quicktime, Audio Video Interleave (AVI) or MPEG4. We can also produce video for Podcasts as well as DVD.
Our associates also have strong documentary filming and news coverage experience. They have won many awards and have provided footage to broadcast and cable stations to include the Colorado Springs and Metro Denver TV stations, CNN, Discovery Channel, History Channel and MSNBC. Rich Jacobs together with Marv Wooten coordinates our videography work.
